Montreal, CANADA (January 11th, 2005) - Cookie Jar Entertainment, the programming and licensing arm of The Cookie Jar Group, has promoted Kelly Elwood to Senior Vice President of Marketing from her previous position as Vice President of Marketing & Licensing, it was announced by Toper Taylor, President and Chief Operating Officer of Cookie Jar.
Based in Cookie Jar Entertainment's Toronto offices, Elwood will oversee the company's expanding industry and consumer brand marketing, as well as provide strategic planning on behalf of Cookie Jar's growing entertainment line-up.
Elwood joined Cookie Jar Entertainment, from its acquired company Cinar Corporation, in 1999 bringing with her a distinguished track record with leading consumer products companies including Mattel Canada Inc., Thomas J. Lipton (Unilever), Robin Hood MutliFoods, Inc. and Avon.
