COOKIE JAR ENTERTAINMENT AND SUPER RTL TEAM TO LAUNCH CAILLOU INTO GERMANY
Deal Encompasses All Forms Of Media And Licensing/Merchandising For Cookie Jar's Beloved Children's Property, Caillou

Toronto CANADA (April 27, 2006) - Cookie Jar Entertainment has reached an agreement with Super RTL providing the broadcaster with the brand rights to the company's acclaimed children's property CAILLOU, it was announced by Jean Michel Ciszewski, Senior Vice-President International Sales and Co-productions for Cookie Jar Entertainment.

Super RTL will serve as the exclusive broadcast home for the 20 all-new half-hours of CAILLOU now in production, as well as represent the brand for licensing and merchandising in Germany.
