DOODLEBOPS LEAD MASSIVE KAZOO LESSON WITH 350+ PARTICIPANTS IN ATTEMPT TO SET NEW WORLD'S RECORD FOR LARGEST MUSIC LESSON

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
New York, NY - May 22, 2006 - Global sensations The Doodlebops, kids' favorite rockin' band and stars oftheir own popular live-action TV series on Disney Channel joined Caroline Rhea, host of NBC's hit show "The Biggest Loser" in which she motivates contestants to lose weight and live a healthier life, and lead 350 participants in an attempt to make history by setting a new Guinness Record for the World's Largest Music Lesson by playing kazoos -- signature instruments in the band's television series and proven kids' favorites. The candy-colored trio took center stage at this milestone event at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDSFoundation "Kids for Kids" Carnival in New York City's West Village on Saturday, May 20th at 4PM on thecobblestone streets stretching from the West Side Highway to Jane Street. The music lesson was considered a major success with more than 350 participants; the last record set involved 244 participants on July 5, 2005 at Swinton High School in Salford, UK.

The celebrities who participated in the star-studded carnival included Whoopi Goldberg along with Edie Falco and Steve Schirippa (both of The Sopranos) who greeted The Doodlebops and interacted with children by playing games, reading stories and engaging them in other fun activities, all to benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. The event raises funds to ensure that every child has a chance to live a healthy life. The children played the popular Doodlebops Pledge song, known and loved by their audiences around the world. The mega-lesson was lead by acclaimed musical instructor Lorne Lampert, recognized for his expertise in creating musical theatre for children, a member of the Ontario College of Teachers, and the founder of "Mystic Drumz" a hands-on drumming program. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Music Performance with honors from York University, as well as a Bachelor of Education Fine Arts degree.

The Doodlebops' mission is to introduce children to music at an early age - and to get them up off the couch and moving in a positive, healthy direction. The ground-breaking series introduces children as young as 2 and 3 to music featuring kid-friendly lyrics but inspired by the rhythms, beats and sophistication of legendary artists such as The Beatles, The Black Eyed Peas, Aretha Franklin, and Beyoncé. Each episode features original music and dance moves.

The Doodlebops' creators set out to orchestrate the World's Largest Music Lesson to demonstrate the power of music on young minds, bodies and lives. As public schools face cutbacks in music education, The Doodlebops seek to highlight the fact that music is an essential part of every child's life - encouraging them to develop healthy habits of dance, movement and exercise that combat the childhood obesity epidemic. The Doodlebops -- bandmates Deedee, Rooney and Moe Doodle - have attracted millions of loyal fans through their music and dance series on Disney Channel which debuted in April 2005. The show entertains and educates preschoolers with a combination of original music inspired by artistic icons, dynamic dancing, humor and fun to convey positive pro-social messages about teamwork, overcoming fears, and trying new things. It also encourages children to get up off the couch, and to get moving.

The band will launch their first live U.S. tour in fall 2006 and continue through spring 2007, bringing their unique blend of energetic music, dance moves, and inspiring storylines to more than 50 cities across the country. Tour schedules will be available online at www.feldinc.com and www.doodlebops.com and tickets will be on sale through www.doodlebops.com and through Ticketmaster later this summer. The Doodlebops debut CD and DVD are slated to be released in August.
