COOKIE JAR ENTERTAINMENT NAMES WIEBKE HOEFER AS DIRECTOR OF SALES, EUROPE New Cookie Jar Executive To Oversee European Sales From Company's Paris Offices

PARIS, FRANCE - Cookie Jar Entertainment has appointed Wiebke Hoefer as Director of European sales, effective immediately. The announcement was made by Jean-Michel Ciszewski, Senior Vice-President International Sales and Co-Productions for Cookie Jar Enterertainment.
In her new position, Hoefer will oversee European television and home video sales on behalf of Cookie Jar Entertainment, reporting to Ciszewski. She will be based in the company's Paris offices.
Hoefer joins Cookie Jar Entertainment from Nelvana Enterprises, Paris, where she was Director of Television and Home Video Sales from 2003-2006 covering German-speaking countries, Eastern Europe, Turkey and Israel. Hoefer began her term with Nelvana in 2002 as Manager of Television and Home Video, handling German-speaking countries. From 2000-2002, she served in the Berlin headquarters for X Filme Creative Pool and X Verleih (Go for Zucker, Good Bye Lenin, Run Lola Run). She entered the industry with ARTE European Cultural TV, where she served from 1995-1999.
