COOKIE JAR ENTERTAINMENT APPOINTS CHRISTINE DAVIS AS PRODUCER

TORONTO, CANADA (January 11, 2007) - Reflecting the continued growth of its original production slate, Cookie Jar Entertainment has named Christine Davis as the company's newest in-house producer. Based in Cookie Jar's Toronto headquarters, Davis will report to Pamela Slavin, Vice-President Production and will be responsible for producing new series for the company.
Christine joins Cookie Jar Entertainment with more than 20 years of experience working as a producer. Her producing credits include "Little People", "The Newsroom", "The Wrong Coast", "Anne; Journey to Green Gables", "Anne of Green Gables", "Bruno", and "Sesame Stories."
Prior to joining Cookie Jar Entertainment, Davis served as Head of Animation, New Media, Marketing and Design for Sullivan Entertainment Inc. She previously served with Cuppa Coffee Animation where she produced stop motion and flash animation and with Animation House, where she produced numerous commercials.
