BT TO OFFER COOKIE JAR SHOW DOWNLOADS

Toronto/London (March 26, 2007) Starting Spring 2007, British Telecommunications plc (BT) will offer classic Cookie Jar Entertainment shows for download through its BT Vision Download Store service. This deal will enable fans to buy individual episodes or entire seasons of their favourite Cookie Jar shows including Emmy Award-winning "Arthur" and the "Adventures of Paddington Bear".

BT Vision Download Store is an online video store. From horror to heartache and adventure to arthouse, broadband users can download a wide range of film, television and music to PCs and portable devices for viewing indoors or on the move. BT Download Store has a huge selection of new releases as well as classics and lifestyle shorts, all with digitally-perfect picture resolution and sound.

"We are delighted to team up with BT to allow fans to download classic Cookie Jar shows," said Alison Warner, Vice President Distribution for Cookie Jar Entertainment. "We see DTO as a flexible offering to viewers so that they can watch their favourite shows as often as they like."

"This is first time that Cookie Jar shows will be available for download in the United Kingdom. Cookie Jar's catalog of shows includes "Arthur," "Mona the Vampire" and "The Dreamstone" and British Animation Library favourites "Adventures of Paddington Bear" and "The Wombles".
