COOKIE JAR OFFERS SHOWS FOR DOWNLOAD VIA INDUSTRY LEADER CINEMANOW

Toronto - (August 20, 2007) Cookie Jar Entertainment today announced a licensing agreement with CinemaNow Inc. to make Cookie Jar television shows available for download online. Starting this fall, more than 400 individual episodes of Cookie Jar's series including "Johnny Test" and "The Adventures of Paddington Bear" will be available for purchase at www.cinemanow.com.
"We are delighted to team up with CinemaNow to allow fans to download and burn classic Cookie Jar shows," said Josette Bonte, Cookie Jar Entertainment's VP Digital Media. "We are happy to partner with such a progressive new media distribution platform; the first to introduce burn-to-DVD to Web consumers in North America."
This marks the first time that Cookie Jar shows will be available for download in the United States. In addition to "The Adventures of Paddington Bear" and "Johnny Test", Cookie Jar's complete catalog of downloadable shows includes "Dark Oracle", "Madeline", "Mona the Vampire", "Ripley's Believe It Or Not" and "Upstairs Downstairs Bears". Individual episodes will be available to download for $1.99 each. Sets of episodes from the same season will be available to burn to DVD for $14.99.
