COOKIE JAR LICENSES NEW ACTION-ADVENTURE SERIES MAGI-NATION TO TELE MÜNCHEN GRUPPE

Toronto/Munich (October 22, 2007) - Cookie Jar Entertainment has reached an all rights agreement with Tele München Gruppe for the company's newest boys action-adventure series, "Magi-Nation". Tele München's Licensing and Merchandising arm, CTM, will serve as the exclusive agent for "Magi-Nation" in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Benelux.

Tele München Gruppe has licensed the exclusive rights in the German-speaking territories for "Magi-Nation".
Based on the popular trading card game, "Magi-Nation" follows the adventures of Tony Jones, an average teen from Earth who finds himself mysteriously transported to the magical world of Magi-Nation. In these Moonlands Tony befriends two young Magi heroes-in-training who join him on a journey to defeat the evil Shadow Magi who are out to rule their world. Along with their trusty collection of Dream Creatures these new friends must solve riddles, battle evil and discover the secrets hidden in each region on the Moonlands. During their adventures, they just might discover some secrets about themselves!
"Magi-Nation" is a Cookie Jar Entertainment and Daewon Media (South Korea) co-production. It airs on Kids' WB! on The CW in the US and on CBC and Radio-Canada in Canada.
