COOKIE JAR ENTERTAINMENT AND CBC LAUNCH BUSYTOWN MYSTERIES WEBSITE IN CANADA
Highlights Include My First Email and a Wide Variety of Interactive Games

TORONTO (August 17, 2009) - Cookie Jar Entertainment and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) announced today the launch of the Busytown Mysteries website, www.busytownmysteries.ca or www.kidscbc.ca/busytownmysteries, based on the popular Cookie Jar series that airs on CBC.
This new immersive world gives preschoolers the opportunity to become residents of Busytown. It features fun, interactive games with educational objectives as well as "My First Email" which allows preschoolers iconic-based communication.
The Busytown Mysteries website offers preschoolers a wide variety of games, creative projects and activities including My Recycling, My Counting, My Painting and much more.

Cookie Jar Entertainment's TV series, "Busytown Mysteries," is inspired by the classic works of beloved children's author Richard Scarry. It offers children an innovative blend of humor and learning based around unforgettable characters like Huckle and Sally Cat, Lowly Worm, Pig Will and Pig Won't. Children can follow the gang as they scour Busytown looking for answers to life's puzzles. They're always up for a new adventure and with everyone driving their own unique vehicle, including the iconic Apple Car and Pickle Car, getting there is half the fun. "Busytown Mysteries" is a top-rated series on CBC. Season two is currently in production.
