COOKIE JAR ENTERTAINMENT AND NDi MEDIA PARTNER TO DEVELOP ONLINE GAME BASED ON NEW SERIES MUDPIT

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Burbank, CA (April 26, 2010) - Cookie Jar Entertainment and NDi Media announce that they have teamed up to develop and distribute an online game, Muzika, based on the series, Mudpit, currently in production.

Using NDi Media's collaborative "Mix Master" music platform, Muzika is a multi-user role-playing game set to launch in early 2011.

"Cookie Jar Entertainment is pleased to partner with an innovative and creative company like NDi Media to develop a music-based game that will appeal to a broad range of fans," said Kenneth Locker, SVP Digital Media, Cookie Jar Entertainment. "This extension of Mudpit will enable fans to enjoy a unique musical game experience unlike anything currently available online."

"Music is in our DNA." said Neil Smolar, award-winning composer and president of NDi Media. "We've enjoyed great success with our Mix Master platform over the last few years and we're looking forward to extending that success through this exciting new relationship with Cookie Jar Entertainment and the Muzika game."

Cookie Jar Entertainment's Mudpit takes place at the nexus of the social and personal power of music and the appeal of role-playing in a virtual world. In this half live-action and half animated series, four real-world teens become music sensations in the hottest online world known as Muzika. Their avatar personas battle their way toward super stardom while their real life selves battle the daily dramas of teenage life.
