CPLG CANADA EXTENDS HOME ENTERTAINMENT DISTRIBUTION PARTNERSHIP WITH VIVENDI ENTERTAINMENT CANADA TO INCLUDE CAILLOU

Toronto (June 10, 2010) - CPLG Canada has extended its home entertainment distribution agreement with Vivendi Entertainment Canada (VEC), it was announced today by Kelly Elwood, MD, CPLG Canada and Iain Taylor, Vice President of Sales and Acquisitions, VEC. This multi-year deal will now include Cookie Jar Entertainment's popular preschool television franchise, "Caillou".
"CPLG is thrilled to continue its longtime partnership with Vivendi Entertainment Canada," said Elwood. "Following the success of previously released DVDs of popular Cookie Jar Entertainment shows, we are confident that they will help us continue to bring quality home video entertainment to children and their parents."

The brand new season of "Caillou" will begin airing on Treehouse, Canada's top preschool destination, this fall. It will have an increased focus on storylines about healthy habits relevant to kids today. Caillou is an irresistible preschooler who appeals to parents and children alike as they share in his daily adventures filled with fun, laughter and surprises. From his own backyard to his first airplane ride, Caillou learns about the world around him one step at a time. More than 66 half-hours of "Caillou" have aired around the world.
